Maria Esther Rubio studied tourism and hospitality in Santiago, her native Chile and continued her studies at Tulane University in New Orleans.
With a background of over 25 years in the industry Maria learned her trade at Lan Chile were she started as a flight attendant and quickly moved up the ladder and was promoted to Special Services Coordinator at Miami International Airport were she was in charge of VIP customer relations.

Her next promotion was to Area Sales Manager in charge of corporate, leisure and ethnic accounts for the west and south coast of the U.S.

Ylan Chrem - Cruises and LGBT Travel Expert

Has more than 25 years experience in the travel industry. He started his career at a very young age at The King David Hotel in Jerusalem and returned to his home town Lima in Peru when the growth of tourist started again in the early 90's to work for sales at executive level for two major US carriers. It is in 2000 that Ylan discovers the wonders of Peru as Director Marketing for Lima Tours, leading tour company in Peru since 1956 Ylan moved to Florida in 2002 and since then became a world expert promoting Machu Picchu and Peru's archaeological and gastronomical treasures in market such as the gay and lesbian friendly and for the cruise lines arriving to Peruvian Ports. He spends several weeks per year exploring new treasures of Peru and around the world following his passion of travel!

Sandra Machado - Alumni Associations and Educational Trips Expert

Compiles 10+ years of experience in the travel industry, from working as a travel agent to a sales manager overseeing group accounts with over 750 people at a time to being a product developer for a one of a kind residential ship Sandra was born in New York City and was raised in Brazil gaining a full understanding on the best (and the cultural differences) of both worlds. This knowledge has helped her succeed in her career developing unique programs from budget oriented travel, such as universities, study abroad and basic leisure to high end Virtuoso, Signature and Residential cruise clients.

Working as both a seller (to clients) and as a buyer (from vendors), Sandra is able to approach clients on sales calls and travel shows identifying and focusing on their wants and needs as well as is equally able to identify the best selling programs and negotiate fairly with vendors. Her drive comes from a true passion to provide new experiences and new opportunities to beginners and well travelled people.

Con una trayectoria de 25 anos en la industria Turistica fué promovida a la posición de Coordinadora de Servicios Especiales con base en Miami a cargo de pasajeros VIP. Su proxima promocion fue como Gerente de Ventas a cargo de Cuentas Corporativa, Etnica y de Turismo, cubriendo el Area Oeste y Sur de U.S.

Ylan Chrem - Experto en Turismo LGBT y de Cruceros

Con mas de 25 años en la industria del turismo, Ylan empezó su carrera en el Hotel King David de Jerusalem a una edad muy joven. Es cuando regresa a su ciudad natal, Lima y empieza el crecimiento del turismo en los 90's en el Perú que trabaja en ventas a nivel gerencial para 2 aerolíneas norte americanas. Es en el año 2000 que descubre las maravillas del Perú cuando trabaja como director de mercadeo y ventas para Lima Tours, principal tour operador receptivo en el Perú fundado el año 1956. Ylan Chrem se muda a la Florida (USA) en el año 2002 por motivos personales y desde entonces se convierte en el representante de Lima Tours para 2 mercados muy importantes y emergentes. El turismo LGBT (gay and lesbian) y el de cruceros que llegan a puertos peruanos. "Disfruto muchas semanas al año recorriendo nuevos tesoros de mi maravilloso país y viajo por el mundo entero promoviendo su historia, gastronomía y cultura", dice Ylan muy orgulloso.

Con mas de 10 anos en la industria del turismo Sandra empezo su carrera como agente de viajes y posteriormente ocupando el rol de gerente de ventas, supervisando cuentas de grupos con un volumen de 750 personas a la vez.

Sandra nacio en New York y criada en Brazil , logrando con esto un entendimiento completo de ambas culturas y mundos. Este conocimiento la ha ayudado a tener éxito en el desarrollo de su carrera , desarrollando programas unicos de viajes para universidades, estudiantes y turismo en general. Sandra cuenta con una vasta experiencia en el manejo de clientes Signature y Residencial Cruise, experiencia que le ha permitido manejarse en ambos escenarios , como vendedora y como Compradora.
